Which listing sites work?

TrueCar links work: paste the link and we read the listing from it. Most dealer websites, Craigslist, Carvana, CarMax and more work the same way. AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus and KBB take the car’s VIN instead. For any other site, upload the photos and type the details.

What is a VIN and where do I find it?

The VIN is the 17-character vehicle identification number every car has. Every listing shows it under “VIN” in the details; it is also on the driver’s-side dashboard, seen through the windshield, and on the door-jamb sticker. Paste it and we pull the listing: photos, price, mileage and dealer.

Can I use my own logo and colours?

Yes. Upload your logo and it replaces our wordmark. Pick an accent colour and a headline font, and fill in the dealer card with your name, phone, website and city. They go on every video.

Do you change my photos?

No. At most we crop off a branded frame. The footage is generated from your photos, and the numbers on screen are read from your listing.

Who owns the video?

You do. Download the MP4 and post it anywhere.

What if a video is wrong?

Re-cut it for free with another style, colour or format. If something is off that a re-cut does not fix, reply to the email and we sort it out.

How long does it take?

About three minutes for the first video. A re-cut takes about a minute because the footage is reused.

Do I need an account?

No. Paste a link or a VIN, pay for the car you want, and the video is emailed to you.

Is my inventory shared with anyone?

No. Your listing, photos and videos are only used to make your video. Unpaid videos are deleted after 14 days.
